Services include:
1. 12 week #Moderation365 program
Reboot your relationship with food and say goodbye to diet culture forever. Food freedom, less mental exhaustion, and a renewed sense of self and body confidence is possible. Imagine how much more time (mentally and physically) you will free up to live and love! This includes a weekly virtual meet and a 1:1 check in weekly. There is NO diets, NO macro counting, NO restriction. This is a mind/body group that seeks to break through any past food burdens that may be keeping you from living fully around food and how you feel about it.
2. Truly Madly Fit works alongside several Registered Dieticians who can work with you (separately) on a whole spectrum of nutritional needs. Please let us know if you’d like the referrals and we can pass it on!
Welcome to the November 2024 Cohort! I am so excited to open up 6 slots for a new group. We will be holding our sessions twice a week : Wednesday evenings: 5:30-7pm and Saturday mornings: 9-10:15am.
If you are wary of getting back into a mindful movement routine, or don't think the gym is for you., give us a try!
I want to hold space for everyone to move, get strong, and get some stress out amongst like-minded women who want a safe space to train!
Sessions will be approximately 55 min. of strength training, 10-15 min. of stretching and foam rolling, as well as an optional check in.
