Nutrition

 Truly Madly Fit offers two options to explore and help guide you with your Nutrition questions and needs.


Services include: 

1. 12 week #Moderation365 program

Reboot your relationship with food and say goodbye to diet culture forever. Food freedom, less mental exhaustion, and a renewed sense of self and body confidence is possible. Imagine how much more time (mentally and physically) you will free up to live and love! This includes a weekly virtual meet and a 1:1 check in weekly. There is NO diets, NO macro counting, NO restriction. This is a mind/body group that seeks to break through any past food burdens that may be keeping you from living fully around food and how you feel about it.


2. Truly Madly Fit works alongside several Registered Dieticians who can work with you (separately) on a whole spectrum of nutritional needs. Please let us know if you’d like the referrals and we can pass it on!






New Classes and Schedule (7/25)

Welcome to the New Truly Madly Fit! We will be opening our new space in West Berkeley, CA and our new schedule of classes and services will begin this July, 2025.

Small group Training "Pods" are also available at various times throughout the week. Get the personal training experience without the 1:1 price tag .Groups will be capped at 6 participants and classes at 10 participants. Book early and often to secure your spot!


Some of our new offerings: 


Rise and Shine 6am-6:50am Mon, Wed, Fri mornings. $50/per class

Start your day with purpose and power! This circuit is designed to awaken your body, boost your energy and set a positive tone of the entire day ahead. It will showcase a blend of bodyweight exercises, resistance training and cardio bursts.

Perfect for “Early birds, Busy Professionals, and anyone seeking consistent energy and mental clarity for their day!


THE HUSTLE: 9-10am Monday, Wednesday and Friday: $50/pp

This is a multi-modal strength training class that will combine the best of all worlds! Barbells, weighted bars, dumbbells, and your own body weight. Every tool has it’s purpose, and we will mix it up to deliver a dynamic full-body experience. Get ready to “Hustle!"


FIT FOR LIFE 55+: Monday and Wednesday: 10-10:50am : $45/pp. 

This is an Active Aging class for Graceful Living. We will focus on building lean muscle mass, enhancing bone density, improving balance and coordination, and maintaining functional mobility. All exercises include multiple difficulty levels and modifications. Let’s stay strong, stable, and engaged! Your future self will thank you.


SWEAT AND BURN:  Monday and Friday 12-12:50pm (to start) $50pp

This is a “Better than caffeine Power hour!” 

This circuit will blend full-body strength training with some surprise HIIT intervals that keep your body fresh and metabolism revved! Maximum results in minimum time.

We will target every muscle group, and then (BAM!) surprise your with some HIIT intervals to keep the party going. Let’s boost your energy for the rest of the day naturally!

If you are wary of getting back into a mindful movement routine, or don't think the gym is for you., give us a try!

I want to hold space for everyone to move, get strong, and get some stress out amongst like-minded women who want a safe space to train!

Sessions will be approximately 50min. of strength training, 10-15 min. of stretching and foam rolling, as well as an optional check in.
