Get Fit. Get Healthy. Get Excited.
Jessica Barragan Bitting has been a long time fitness and sports devotee since kicking around the soccer ball in her youth. She became passionate about personal fitness, health and wellness as a young adult and has committed herself to gaining as much knowledge as she can in order to motivate her clients to a more full, functional, and healthy lifestyle.
Jessica has lived the ups and downs with Yo-Yo dieting, and after several relapses into eating disorder behaviors, she worked with therapists, groups, and Weight Neutral aligned collaborators to create a Health at Any Size personal training philosophy so that she can better support clients in a safe and fun exercise space. Jessica recognizes that not everyone looks to move for weight loss or to shrink their bodies. She loves seeing folks realign themselves with their own bodies and the strength that lies inside.
Jessica wanted to create a space where fitness and wellness are "Truly" for everyone. Whether you're 16 or 60+, just starting your wellness journey, or compete regularly in marathons, you belong here.
TMF is a community that celebrates diversity in all its forms. We are committed to creating an environment where LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds feel safe, supported, and celebrated.
What makes us stand out:
*Trauma-informed, body positive approach
*Diverse class offerings with modification options
*Experienced instructors trained in inclusive practices.
Jessica currently holds a certification in Personal Training from the American Council of Exercise, as well as a certification as an #Moderation365 Coach and is currently working towards her Precision Nutrition Coach 1 certification as well.
We at TMF believe that wellness is not about changing who you are- It's about honoring who you already are. Every body is a good body deserving of care, movement, and joy without conditions or prerequisites.
We like to approach exercise through the lens of "How does it make you feel?"
Do you feel energized, peaceful, strong, or simply present in your own body.
We reject diet culture completely. We don't believe in overly toxic body positivity either. Body neutrality is where we stand; because it's not always possible to love everything about your body every day and THAT'S OK! We can appreciate what our bodies can do for us, rather than how they look.
